Craig Galli will be our featured speaker, with a presentation entitled. “Mormon Ecotheology: The Perspective of an LDS Environmental Lawyer.”
Craig Galli received his B.A. and M.A. from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. from Columbia University. He is a partner at the Salt Lake City office of the law firm Holland & Hart LLP where he specializes in environmental law, natural resources, and land use litigation. Prior to moving to Salt Lake City in 1993, Craig was a Senior Trial Attorney with the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Craig is currently an adjunct professor at BYU law school where he currently teaches classes in Environmental Litigation and International Environmental Law. Craig is a frequent speaker on environmental and land use planning topics, and has published several articles on environmental and land use policy topics. Craig is married to the former Lark Evans. They are the proud parents of four daughters and even prouder grandparents of three grandsons and one granddaughter.
